We recommend reservations for the entire season and kindly ask you to complete the inquiry form to ensure the best possible site selection.
Pitch reservations are only possible for stays of 3 days or longer.
For short-term inquiries for one or two nights, we kindly ask you to contact us by phone at least one day before your desired arrival.
We will check availability and respond as quickly as possible within 24 hours.
If justified, cancellations made at least 3 days before arrival will not incur any fees. Cancellations made within 3 days before arrival will be charged a flat fee of €7.00 per reserved day and pitch. Cancellation fees will be billed to the individual who made the reservation.
For early departures, we kindly ask that you inform the reception as early as possible, but at least 48 hours in advance. If notice is given within 48 hours of departure, the day of departure will be fully charged, along with an additional flat fee of €7.00 per remaining reserved day.
